I have a passion for servant leadership and building relationships with all staff, vendors and customers. I am a quick learner and love to try new things. I am always looking for ways to develop myself, my peers and my subordinates.I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, resulting in a strong foundation of customer service and leadership. As a general manager, I wore many hats. I learned to be a mentor, a motivator, a problem solver, a multi-tasker, a delegator and many, many more. These skills made the leap out of the restaurant industry an easy transition. I pride myself in being adaptable and embrace change as it comes along.
