Growing up I always have a passion for helping others in any way possible. The opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s life is a source of motivation and joy. Helping others is not just a noble act, but it can also be a deeply fulfilling passion.In 2018, I began working in customer service at a service station while I was enrolled in nursing school. Approximately one year and three months were spent in my supervisory role. After that, I went on to work for a telecommunication firm for about 4.8 years, where I held positions in both sales and customer support. I learned a lot from my experience about how to assist clients in addressing their issues and how to treat them. My newfound abilities include critical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, industrial knowledge, time management, and communication skills.I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge about customer service and sales and meet new people who have the same drive and passion for these roles.
