I've been in the Mortgage industry since 1998. I started on the servicing side of mortgage as a corporate trainer. I have had various roles within the industry; which allows me to relay first hand the intricate stages of the loan cycle to my clients. As a Senior Loan Officer,my passion for helping customers, advising them about the risks and benefits of various mortgage loan products based on their individual financial circumstances; whether it be for a home purchase or refinance keeps me doing what I love doing. Make recommendations about which lending solutions would best meet the customers' objectives. Advise customers about the consequences, risks, and benefits of alternative lending solutions. Form deep working relationships with the business partner's management, sales staff and realtors to assist with their financing needs. Additionally, participate in business partner's events and office activities. Work with the customers at open houses, realtor agent events,and training events. Partner with Operations teams to ensure the seamless transfer of the loan application in order to provide documents to the processors and acquire any additional information needed by the processors and/or underwriters.
