I currently work in an electrical contractor’s office as a billing specialist. I input information and post invoices into a complex system, locate areas to install power and poles, etc. I also handle payroll, vacation requests, uniform orders, route sheets and multi-task daily.

Managed daily operations for the entire Real Estate/Rental office with eight staff members. I was the rental manager where I was in charge of everything from maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, paying invoices, answering phones, writing documents, filing and renting homes to vacation clients. I listed every rental home with many different types of clients, placed listings in the website, photographed all rental homes, wrote descriptions and maintained good relations with rental clients and homeowners, I worked with the public every day.
