Worked extensively with a Cisco Business router. Developed a working knowledge of computer hardware-- how to break down and rebuild a computer. Worked with Internet Information Services--enabled the feature, created a website, set the website up as the IP's homepage. Learned how to make a cat5 cable and how to trace the cat5 cables. Learned how to setup a static IP address and the differences between the static IP address and the dynamic IP address. Practiced ability to trouble shoot by way of correcting issues such as a jammed printer head or a disconnected wire.

Worked with coworkers to provide the most premier customer service possible. Handled customer grievances with the customer’s and employer’s satisfaction in mind. Provided hands on training for newly hired associates.
