I am a Global Crew Travel Coordinator for an International Cargo Carrier. Owned by renowned professional drag racer Conrad Kalitta.My job is to make sure that our Crew (pilots and mechanics) have all their travel requirements met anywhere around the world. I am to make sure they get to our aircraft in time to operate it, providing all of their commercial air, ground and hotel accommodations are ready for flawless execution. As our crew needs the proper amount of rest time before each and every trip.

I am currently an Event Coordinator for Fundraising and Staff Events. In the past I have led the 16th Annual Women's Football Academy (WFA) with 500 female participants learning football from the coaching staff and team, supporting the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center's Patient & Family Support Services Program (PFSS). This year marks the end of that era, so it is my goal and passion to find another event to support PFSS, as well as other funds within the University of Michigan Health System. My most recent event was the 2015 Medical School Reunion. I managed registrations, adding to a website, event details and worked morning, noon and might for 3 days straight. This was both challenging and exciting, and I learned a lot. I have also planned 3 great staff events such as a Retirement Party, a Welcome Party for our new Director, and recently an All Staff Summer Party. I will also be the liasion between Fundraising Events and the Annual Programs Team. I will continue to offer my calm expertise with both Memorials and Honorariums while walking families through the process and making it as easy as possible at one of the most difficult life moments.I look forward to what this new role will bring. I LOVE what I do.
