While some of our employees get to fly the planes, drive the trucks, and greet you with a smile; others are behind the scenes ensuring when that pilot, driver, sales person, clerk or dock worker uses any of our technologies to assist your shipping needs our systems are providing unsurpassed support for your transaction. That is what I do at FedEx Services. I work on the Development Tools and Processes Team supporting software developers that build and maintain systems for the FedEx Freight operating company. My role is ambiguous and often requires me to “find” work or catch “balls” that are falling, which I am happy to do so that our customers have the best possible FedEx experience.
