Customer Network Maintenance; Issue/risk prevention and workarounds- Preparation: Collection of thousands of customer network devices’ health information to determine dependencies during periodic precaution and rectification checks, for action plan and solution recommendation to the customer.- Implementation: Preparation of MOPs for customer approval and implementation of network changes ie.
