These required interpreting source materials, evaluating arguments, and examining and applying cases. Professional and Persuasive CommunicationI obtained these skill post-completing Training and Development (ADM 4815), Human Resources Selection Systems (ADM 4857), Business Communication II (ADM 2166), and Cont. Issues in Human Resources Management (ADM 4835). These specific courses developed strong communication skills by performing a series of presentations, projects, and persuasive speeches.Health and SafetyWith the completion of the Workplace Heath and Safety (ADM 4827), I gained great knowledge of health and safety concepts and theories. In this class we accomplished having a deep understanding of the WHIMIS manual, presenting arguments, listening and understanding others, and challenging the view of others.Team WorkThe business program at UNB necessitates students to perform lots of group work and projects. In addition, my past work experiences demanded great team work to achieve it's goals. I would say team work is very important in my view to achieve great things. Volunteering in Ecuador with an amazing group lead us to realize a lot for the people in poverty.Customer ServiceAlways attentive and patient when dealing with clients at work.
