• Monitor lifecycle of vital and highly confidential records and information in physical and electronic form in compliance with the Records Management Program Policies.
• Perform Records Audits and Inventories for physical and electronic records.
• Monitor compliance and report proposed revisions to Retention Schedules in accordance with current Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide Education & Awareness training throughout the organization and to Department Records Coordinators during the year.
• Maintain database, performing system maintenance, customer support, training, search, retrieval, data imports and maintaining database accuracy and integrity.
• Demonstrate knowledge of organization structure. Assist Records Manager with maintaining an up-to-date network of Departmental Records Coordinators and Signature Authorities.

Receive, Process and Return Terminated/Transferred Employee’s Hard Drives that are received from the SDL. Analyze and Process Terminated/Transferred Employee’s Hard Drives in accordance with departmental procedures. Ensure that all data has been burned onto CDs/DVDs.Assist in Processing New Transfers ensuring compliance with established Retention.

Maintain security and control of all records/box movement to and from the on-site Records Center, all commercial off-site Records Storage facilities as well as the movement of records needed for the support of litigation.Submit and monitor pickups, retrievals and return requests from on-site and off-site Commercial Records Center utilizing online services.
