• Coordinate and plan system outages by preparing technical procedures, communicating externally with interconnecting pipelines and shippers and providing engineering support to Gas Control to ensure efficient execution of required maintenance. • Optimize maintenance schedule by evaluating outage impacts and identifying bundling opportunities to minimize impact of system outages.• Complete hydraulic analysis on the pipeline system using a pipeline hydraulic simulation model to determine capacity impacts of planned and unplanned maintenance and evaluate system daily to maximize throughput.

• Plan for construction by reviewing engineering drawings, preparing scopes of work, evaluating RFP responses and procuring and expediting materials to ensure successful completion of compression, pipeline and measurement projects.• Manage engineering changes during construction by liasing between engineering company, construction management team and contractor to identify solutions to problems that minimize cost and schedule impact. • Adhere to project in-service dates by providing required technical project and commissioning information and completing in-service documentation to ensure schedule compliance.
