Send all FHA accounts to foreclosure once 2nd reviews are done.• Review 120 day plus accounts for foreclosure referral on FHA accounts.• Evacuate accounts to be certain all letters have been sent and supplemental servicing has been done. • Review several queue's, printing out FHA foreclosure referral checklist and filling them out, by review property inspections, unapplied funds, contact with the borrower regarding Loss Mitt options (formal repayment plans, special repayment plans, pre foreclosure sale. Partial claims and deed in lieu). • Requesting Investor Approval's, HUD extensions, and FHA updates when needed. • Maintain a current knowledge of policy and procedure needed to complete daily work flow
