“New Girl” & “Ben & Kate” • Supported Post Production Supervisor and Associate Producer by answering phone calls and fielding emails from Directors, Producers, Post Productions facilities, Studio and Network Executives, and Production Staff on two network shows simultaneously.• Scheduled Post Production Assistant’s day to ensure that all Dailies, Cuts, and Final Cuts were picked-up and delivered efficiently and on time to Producers, Directors, Studio and Network Executives.• Built screen credits for each individual episode from call sheets and scripts, and deal memos. Had to be extremely detailed to ensure accuracy to avoid fines and legal ramifications from unions.• Researched, managed, and submitted Clearance requests for the legal use of video clips, art pieces and audio clips in each episode.• Coordinated Purchase Orders. Logged each purchase order and supplied each Production Facility with a purchase order number to submit payment.

• Liaison between Show Post Staff (Associate Producers, Post Supervisors, Production Coordinator, Production Assistants) and Studio Personnel.• Managed up to 25 series, including 1 Hour Drama, 1⁄2 Hour Comedy and Animation, during one season and managed up to 18 Pilots during Pilot season.• Coordinated screen credit approval process between the Post Supervisor and Studio Personnel (Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Post Production, Music and Broadcast Standards) for all Series. Working knowledge of union/guild requirements and studio/network policies.• Supervised Post Production Calendar Distribution for all Shows to 40 Studio Departments (i.e., Residuals, Finance, Marketing, Production, New Media, etc.)• Consultant in the development and design process of the new Fox Doczilla Online Credit Approval Process Software, as well as successfully trained and supported over 40 Associate Producers/Post Supervisors on its use• Coordinated, accepted, logged, organized and filed all Series/Pilots' Dailies, Cuts, Finals and Final Delivery Paperwork delivered to TCFT Post Production Office. Assisted in creating and supervising distribution lists for Series/Pilot Dubs.• Managed the wrap of over 20 unsold pilots and 10 cancelled series, including creating a new system/checklist to ensure all A/V and editorial elements were collected from editorial offices and facilities during wrap.• Facilitated all dub orders for screeners and show clips as requested by International, New Media and Publicity for industry trade and awards shows. Coordinated pulling 50 masters from Library Services and supervised 100 plus clip pulls in a two week period for the Emmy nominated Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special.
