Santa Cause, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, is deeply committed to aiding local Walworth County charities. In the past eight years, donations to these charities have exceeded half a million dollars. The core mission is to cultivate a positive influence by nurturing community unity, promoting kindness, and extending the holiday spirit beyond the season.

• Founded CAST, a not-for-profit community theater program with the goal of building confidence, self-esteem, and Christian values. • Increased enrollment from 9 to 70 cast members; 5 to 110 volunteers per production.• Organize four fundraising opportunities and events annually; analyze outcomes. • Secure and maintain corporate sponsorships: process donations.• Negotiate and complete contracts with publishing companies, venues and vendors.• Develop and review ongoing business plan; oversee the operating budget.• Engage volunteers, parents and community members in the vision of the program. • Recruit, train and manage all staff positions, cast and crew.• Developed and implemented ticket order process. • Direct productions: blocking, stage presence, role development, set/sound/lighting.• Facilitate communications: staff direction, rehearsal schedules, parent/cast member meetings.• Advertise productions through a variety of traditional and social media platforms.
