As a Community Care Coordinator I represented Encompass in building professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, ALF'S, ILF'S, and Skilled Nursing Facilities to educate them on the agency’s evidence based programs. In addition, as the Hospice Area Sales Manager I also implement programs and protocols that provide improved home health care and hospice services in order to support every individuals right to age in place. I served as a public awareness representative for the agency, and was responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services available through the agency and payor sources and methodologies for obtaining such services. Encompass Home Health takes pride in its leadership in Medicare home health and hospice care. We also have a non-profit wing, Encompass Cares, which is utilized not only to support members of the surrounding communities but also provides humanitarian missions in other countries as well as supporting Encompass staff who experience unexpected tragedies. In 2015 I was in the "Top 20" rookies of the company.

Dignity Home Health & Hospice opened it's doors in 2005 in American Fork, Utah. In May of 2007, the Layton office was added and I accepted the Administrator position. Over the next 6 plus years I completed three annual surveys with zero deficiencies. In October 2013, I successfully achieved an ACHC accreditation for Dignity Hospice of Utah. Drove census by continuing to grow referral sources based on the top notch team of clinical and support staff that I built who supported best practice outcomes for all of our patients. Endeavored to see each patient as an individual with separate needs by organizing a resource system to support all patients who needed various services which were not a part of medicare covered benefits provided by home health and hospice.

During this time the Weber State Campus opened the brand new Stewart Stadium for the Wild Cats. It was my responsibility to begin the oversight of the concessions at the new stadium. Responsible for hiring and organizing beverage and bar tending staff for all private and public functions for Mayor Rocky Anderson during the 2002 Winter Olympics, followed by the Special Winter Olympics. This included having each of the staff credentialed and walked through the security clearance process as each venue was in a secured area. Training, which included specifics on service for a very diverse groups of guests, as well as cultural knowledge. Scheduling, and coordination with each event venue manager, as well as ordering and having all supplies delivered well in advance of each event. Liaison with the security detail assigned to the City County building location. Assigned highest level of security clearance for this location, as well as the JCC where some dignitaries viewed the Opening and closing ceremonies.
