I work in the Home Community Based Services field. We provide care in our client's homes to help them with their daily needs. In 2010 the program changed to Choices and now my primary duties are with the 2 managed care organizations involved in the Choices program. I manage the client's authorizations, enter their schedules, do the billing, and finalize payroll.
