Kimberly Welebir is a Senior Specialist of Benefit Delivery at Albertsons. She possess expertise in store management, customer service, human resources, inventory control, loss prevention and 20 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "I can't imagine working with a better business partner than Kim to help deliver the second phase of Albertsons Companies Inc's strategic efforts to transform its HCM technology ecosystem from disparate, point solutions into a consolidated, modern SaaS solution built around Oracle HCM. Specifically, the past 18 months involved bringing benefits in-house, which is expected to result in cost savings, greater operational effectiveness, and increased customer satisfaction. Of course, this also required Kim to fully staff and train a benefits administration team; in addition to developing and pressure-testing the associated business processes and the technical artifacts (reports, integrations, etc.) needed to support these business processes.
