Provides leadership for a multi-specialty outpatient facility. In charge of day to day operations and strategic planning for the facility. Direct supervision of 50 employees. Collaboration with 13 physicians and advance practice providers. Responsibilities include: budget planning, infection control management, process improvement, strategic planning, site growth and development, payor incentive program oversight, implementation of system initiatives, and human resource support.

Assumed shift accountability for managing, supervising, and coordinating the operational and financial effectiveness and efficiency of the Labor and Delivery nursing unit. Assisted in development of policies, procedures and processes in coordination with unit leaders to ensure highest quality services where provided at all times. Key responsibilities included assisting with the following: unit based goal setting, program development, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, policy and procedure development and interpretation, and human resource support.

Responsible for managing all of the clinical and business support staff within the office. Provided patient assistance and counseling when needed. Developed the practice by creating a custom brand for the practice, including website development, a brochure, and standardized uniforms. Revamped all of the patient forms and developed all of the practice policies. Implemented infection control standards and current infection control policies and provided oversight for their OSHA program. Implemented and trained staff on the use of emergency medical equipment. Provided coordination of employee education including weekly and monthly staff meetings. Responsible for all aspects of human resources. Performed clinical chart reviews to ensure the delivery of quality care. Completion and delivery of staff evaluations. Utilization of nursing/clinical skills during emergent situations.
