I have 33 years of NICU experience. I have worked as a staff nurse in level III NICU's and have also worked as a neonatal transport nurse for 5 years doing ground and air transport. I work autonomously and have had a variety of experiences as a staff nurse working with micro-preemies to surgical patients. In my current position I am responsible for attending high risk deliveries and oftentimes function independently with an NNP to admit infants to our level II NICU.
