I wanted to work at the bank when I was a little girl. Now, 24 years into my career, I’m so thankful for the opportunities, the people I’ve met, and the career I’ve built. In my current role, I partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to consult and execute communications with a high degree of quality and clarity.In previous roles, I’ve developed skills in relationship management, consulting, leadership, people development, and risk management. I am proficient in effective communication, implementation, consulting, and influencing others in a matrixed environment. As a senior relationship manager, I managed a portfolio of small business relationships. I supported their day-to-day needs while also working to understand their goals and business operations to help them leverage treasury and credit to achieve their goals.As a senior program manager, I established relationships across the bank and external HR professionals to provide a financial wellness program for the client and their employees.Prior to that, I feel like I grew up in a branch. I started as a teller and worked my way up to branch manager. As a branch manager, I discovered my passion for leadership and people development. I love mentoring, coaching, building relationships, and collaborating with my team and peers to drive business outcomes. I love finding diamonds in the rough, and strategically coaching and polishing individuals to realize their full potential. Management has its moments, but I know in my heart, this is one of my strengths and passions.
