Everything I have learned up to this point in my career has lead me to this position, and this wonderful company. I assist PACE - MacTavish to increase census by conducting home visits, working with community partners and presenting information about the program to churches, healthcare providers, etc. I assist with paperwork, follow up and enrollment functions as needed. I have the joy of planning events and did a segment on Channel 6 news on July 9th. It is a great team and I happy to be with Riverside PACE.

The Towers is a large assisted living and memory care community located behind Chippenham Hospital on the south side of Richmond. It is an active place filled with very special people. There is a high percentage of tenure among the management staff, including the Executive Director herself. It is with great pleasure that I return to The Towers on August 26th, 2013 to assist with overall operations and the new memory care unit, "The Grove". The Grove is expected to open within the next couple of months.

Educated both internal and external contacts about this assisted living community located on the West End of Richmond. Promoted and marketed the community's services and amenities. Trained staff within multiple locations throughout the company. Assisted with publications, invitations for events, and advertising. Planned events, and assisted within the Activities Department.

Managed all operations for a 44-room memory care community located in the heart of the Museum District, RVA. Supervised 6 department heads, planned and implemented marketing events and activities. Handled resident, family member and staff issues/concerns. Coordinated a full building renovation. Developed staff trainings, policies and operational forms.
