About Kimberly A. Clements

Ms. Clements is third generation in the beverage business. She is the Co-Founder of PINTS LLC – a beverage advisory company. PINTS specializes in brewery due diligence, analytics, business and expansion planning as well as distributor management. PINTS works with distributors and brokers on consolidation, M&A, succession planning, and with private equity on finding partnerships. PINTS also has legal clients, having served as expert witnesses in beverage industry related litigation. She is especially passionate about working with multi-generational family businesses on their issues and strategies. Her clients include some of the beverage industry’s top executives and companies. Ms. Clements spent 23 years in beverage distribution and as the President of her family’s business – Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. in Arizona before selling the company's distribution assets in early 2016. She still serves on the Board of Directors of Golden Eagle as President, Secretary, and Treasurer - as she currently manages and has managed all of the post closing work and manages all of the company's real estate assets. Ms. Clements was also the co-founder of a non-alcohol beverage distribution company, SPIKE Beverage LLC. SPIKE distributed premium non-alcohol brands throughout the state of Arizona. SPIKE was sold in 2016. Ms. Clements graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Behavioral Science and attended the executive program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Her passion is helping people and traveling – two things that she gets to do frequently with PINTS. When she’s not sharing her passion for beer or volunteering for non-profits, she can be found doing almost anything outdoors. However, when she’s indoors she enjoys entertaining and cooking for friends and family. She loves to say, “I work for PINTS."
