At Givecloud, my job is, first and foremost, to untie the hands of world chargers. I provide personalized and strategic support so the nonprofit can get the most out of the Givecloud Product. As an onboarding lead, I support nonprofits new to the platform by creating a custom onboarding plan and working with their team and stakeholders to launch a successful online fundraising platform. I would work with them to determine their short-term and long-term goals; by the end of their onboarding, they know the platform well enough to make empowered decisions. When I'm not supporting clients directly, I'm working on our self-serve material, including our managing knowledge base, webinars and other resources to ensure folks can find everything they need to fundraise successfully with Givecloud. I have completed KCS V.6 Fundamentals Training. My team is something I take great pride in nurturing. As a senior member of the team, I act as an elevated support person who the team can come to with questions or for guidance. I believe in the importance of peer support and fostering an environment where peer feedback is encouraged and welcomed.Along with my current and past work experience, I've developed skills in leadership, management, project management, change management, conflict resolution, front-end development and website design, marketing, and operational management.
