I graduated from Sam Houston State University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, magna cum laude. I continued my education by obtaining my Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. During Texas's 85th Legislative Session, I worked in the legislative department of the Texas Association of Counties. During graduate school, I worked in the Brazos County Judge's Office and strengthened my knowledge of county and state legislative processes. Following a one year stint as the Assistant City Internal Auditor for the City of College Station, I returned to the Brazos County Judge's Office. My current position is Economic Development Coordinator where I help attract and retain businesses and encourage development in Brazos County.
