Since that time, I've contributed to the company's growth in many ways, taking on various leadership roles. In my current position as Director of Financial Planning, I balance client service along with mentoring of our newer financial planners. My goal is to impart our firm’s process and philosophy, preparing early-career planners to step into the role of trusted financial advisor. Other long-held interests of mine are financial literacy and growth of the financial planning profession.
