As the Founder of MindShift, I lead a Community of expert Advisors on a mission to redefine traditional workforce practices. In my role, I shape the vision and strategy of MindShift, empowering my team to create tailored solutions that address complex workforce challenges. Collaborating closely with business leaders and their employees, we dive deep into their unique needs to align change management strategies with their goals. At the heart of our work is a commitment to empowering positive relationships. I believe in innovation, revolutionary change, and combining insights with action so that we can move into the unknown with agility and resilience.

Starting as a young child with formal training in theater, film, television, voice over, stunt & clown work, dance, and music (having played over 7 instruments). Attended the Chicago Actors Studio, the Chicago Physical Theater, and Asylum Stunts Group. Working both onstage and off, including production, script writing, operations management, talent sourcing, music and voice recording, set and costume design, and event planning.
