In 2009 Kimberly visualized, planned and created Morgan’s Foundation to help fund much needed education on teen suicide prevention.• Has raised over $30,000.00 by successful fundraising• Given grants to local youth groups, public and private school system, and churches to continue their education on teen suicide• Public speaking and training• Event planning• Created awareness on the subject, a taboo subject in years past. Kimberly has gotten the subject talked about on a county level with help from the mental health agency and other county agencies. • Teamed up with AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) on the “Out of The Darkness Walks” held in Annapolis.

• Became AAHA accredited in 2014 (American Animal Hospital Association). Achieved this in 6 months by taking Doctors and staff through over 900 voluntary standards and training to become the gold standard of veterinary medicine. Only 12%, about 3500 practices, have achieved this accreditation in 2 countries, both the USA and Canada combined.• Wrote the business continuation plan and SOP’s as related to front desk staff and practice manager position. Supervised the writing of the technician and Doctor SOP’s.• 4 times per month would develop and hold staff meetings to provide continuing education, training, and motivation to all staff members. Would provide staff with the tools they need to perform to their best ability in a fun and productive manner.• Built great relationships with the vendor and manufacture sales force that would visit regularly and secured a relationship that they could be called on for urgent needs or better pricing. • Marketing, branding, and business building. Website and marketing concepts.• Networking: has been member of BNI, local Chamber of commerce• Peer groups: member of VHMA (Veterinary Hospital Management Association)• Hiring, training, promoting staff. Releasing staff as needed.

Was on the board for The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Helped to bring awareness to the state of Maryland.

Create and ran my own organizing company focusing on helping small businesses create systems for better efficiency.

Manage a wholesale destination location. All aspects of retail management. Sales growth doubled in my time there.
