Trained in underwriting processes to craft commercial insurance policies for agents to present to their clients. Networked to add new agents as clients and worked to maintain and increase our opportunities with current clientele. Made "mock-ups" and used proper paperwork and procedures to keep paperwork in line. Also was trained in some policy changes wording.

I sold personal lines insurance policies--auto, home and life, as well as variable life and annuity policies. I have my Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses, as well as my Series 6 & 63 licenses to sell variable products.

Valley Home Educators puts on a convention for over 1500 persons who educate their children at home. I helped in both the marketing of the convention, including development and maintenance of their website, worked with the printer in the design of a new logo and other printed materials. I also was responsible for the convention program which I co-authored with the director and arranged all the advertisment placement. On convention day, I managed the ticket booth, including the training of the volunteer personnel, money handling policies, and preparation of money for deposit. I was also the person who handled customer service concerns on that day.
