SoFi is a new kind of finance company that takes a unique approach to lending and wealth management. As a key differentiator, SoFi offers career resources and coaching to customers (or members). Led a top performing team of Career Coaches who created and delivered coaching, career development resources and events to support the career goals of SoFi's growing 425,000+ membership. Team facilitated 3,8000 coaching sessions (a 147% year/year increase with the same size team) with an average 4.8/5.0 satisfaction score in 2017. Developed and launched several new ways of serving members' needs including career vision/goal setting retreats, expert-led webinars on career topics, job accountability groups, group coaching webinars, member-led career mastermind teams and a slack channel to answer just-in-time career questions and support member-to-member connections and recruiting. Reached over 3,000 members with these pilots in 2017.

Assisted with the roll-out of an organizational culture shaping process for leaders and 18,000 domestic and international colleagues across the DeVry Education Group enterprise (American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Becker Professional Education, Carrington College, Chamberlain College of Nursing, DeVry Brasil, DeVry University, and Ross University Schools of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine). Led the creation of employee career development resources and programming to assist with engagement and retention efforts. Provided organizational effectiveness consulting to leaders and teams including executive coaching, team effectiveness solutions, performance management strategies, workforce planning strategies and change leadership consulting. Oversaw, developed and facilitated leadership development curriculum for the enterprise. Led and trained HR leaders on the talent review process, including new technology tools, for the enterprise.

Oversaw training and leadership development efforts for DeVry University's National Career Services staff members. Created a structured on-boarding training program for staff at all levels of Career Services from Advisors to Directors.

Led team of people responsible for career coaching, program planning and research resources for part-time MBA students and alumni. Led strategic planning for international alumni programming offered in Chicago, London and Singapore. Revamped career development programming to meet the unique needs of employed part-time students.

Oversaw development of Career Services for 12,000 students at 17 campuses nationally. Created and offered Career Service resources for students. Recruited, trained and developed three Directors of Career Services in three campus locations.
