About Kimberly Blessing

My passion since 1994 has been building great experiences on the web. In 20+ years, I've held a number of roles from developer to architect to head of technology. I've come to learn that great experiences aren't simply the result of good design and strong code but of the cooperation and balance of three things: people, process, and technology. I seek to work on challenging projects where all of these areas are in focus for evolution and change in order to make both teams and products better for all.I am an advocate for an open and accessible web, and my work experience reflects a strong focus on collaborating on web-related specifications and implementing web standards in a variety of environments. I love to share what I have learned and have presented at numerous conferences worldwide, including O'Reilly Fluent, Oredev, ScotSoft, CSS Dev Conf, WebVisions, SXSW, and more.
