Kimberly's role includes the responsibility of the areas of finance, accounting and Human Resources.CovalentWorks is an information technology company specializing in EDI supply chain solutions for small businesses. We provide turnkey outsourced solutions to small businesses to assist them in efficiently processing electronic business documents such as purchase orders, ship notices with bar code labels and invoices.

Responsible for the financial strategy, regulatory compliance and HIPAA for the laboratory division. This includes manging $75M in revenues and $18.5M in expenses annually. My role is the key resource to corporate finance, operations and sales.

Responsible for the overall financial strategy of the BHS laboratory business segment. This includes 9 hospital labs located in Central and Northern Alabama. Manged $295M in revenues and $33M in expenses.

Accountable for overall financial management of a 267 bed Hospital. This includes $64M in revenues and $60M in expenses. Responsible for line operations in finance, information systems and admitting.

Responsible for revenue, labor and non-labor expense budgeting, Charge Description Master updates and changes and hospital and department level statistical reporting.

Planned and supervised fieldwork for financial statement preparation, audited, reviewed and compliled financials statements and prepared federal and multi-state tax returns.
