Responsibilities as a Project Coordinator for Juris include: determining and creating training material, scheduling of project time to create course material, oversight of course training, and reporting to Project Lead on progress and challenges. Consistently provide information to multiple groups (1L, 2L, 3L, Professional Solutions, and Development) regarding Juris/Juris Suite table functionality/processes as it relates to client inquiries or implementation projects, report writing and software development. Provide mentoring for members of 1L, 2L, 3L and Professional Solutions teams on functionality, table guidance, troubleshooting, and how to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients. Past Juris responsibilities include: On-site installations and implementation of Juris software. Training of clients on software both on-site and via remote sessions. Responsible for data conversions from DOS based product to windows based product. Generate monthly training mailings for clients and create training documents for internal use.

Responsible for taking product orders and coordinating shipments for twenty multi-compartment tankers covering eleven states in the Southwest Region.
