That’s why I’ve built my career on supporting organizations, causes, and campaigns with missions that impact our local communities and the world in a big way. Over the past 16+ years, I have worked with organizations to become more socially conscious and deepen its impact on marginalized communities by expanding partnerships, fundraising, and strengthening organizational & people strategy.As a results-driven leader, I work cross-functionally to shape social impact and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy to drive impact. I gravitate toward opportunities where I can help leaders and organizations make decisions that are more equitable, better integrated within their strategic plan, and sustainably supported throughout the organization.As Vice President of Goodwill of Greater Washington, I led all aspects of the organization’s development strategy, including corporate social responsibility (CSR). I led an amazing team in fundraising and raising awareness for Goodwill’s workforce development programming which creates jobs and offers no-cost training for the unemployed and underemployed.
