Personally recruited by the CEO to provide strategic financial planning, expertise and direction to facilitate achievement of corporate goals. Responsible for strategically interpreting financial information to craft initiatives to move the Company forward and position it for growth. Holds primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including the development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Participate in quarterly investor calls with institutional and retail investors. Responsible for drafting all press releases issued by the Company. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Deposit Operations, and Electronic Banking functions of the organization.
