• Responsible for managing the firm’s National Sales & Use Tax Compliance Practice.• Supervise eight sales and use tax specialists.• Assist clients in interpreting and complying with complex requirements of state and local tax authorities for sales and use tax in the following industries: agriculture, manufacturing, retail, computer software and services, construction and transportation. • Manage many large state and local consulting engagements including numerous sales and use tax reverse audit projects, managed audits, sales and use tax process reviews and controversies. • Manage client accounts including billing, realization, and collection.

• Responsible for building and managing the firm’s National Sales & Use Tax Compliance Practice.• Supervise eight sales and use tax specialists.• Assist with VAT compliance issues, business licenses, employment tax registrations and property tax questions. • Assist clients in interpreting and complying with complex requirements of state and local tax authorities for sales and use tax in the following industries: agriculture, manufacturing, retail, computer software and services, construction and transportation. • Manage many large state and local consulting engagements including numerous sales and use tax reverse audit projects, managed audits, sales and use tax process reviews and controversies. • Manage client accounts including billing, realization, and collection.

• Responsible for sales and use and Canadian PST/GST tax compliance review, review of account reconciliations by jurisdiction; schedule and manage sales and use tax and Canadian PST/GST audits.• Supervise two senior sales and use tax specialists. • Perform research as necessary to support management and the business units.
