Kimberly Reynik (formerly Vogel) is an experienced startup founder and team leader with broad yet deep experience in technology, personal and corporate finance, and healthcare. She is skilled at navigating large and small companies but has a natural ability to pivot, influence, and succeed in earlier stage ventures. Her background is well suited for direct-facing executive leadership roles in private equity, charitable foundations, non-profits, and communications. Kimberly develops authentic relationships based on mutual respect, clarity, and communication. She understands the psychological aspects behind startups as well as the Founder's Dilemma. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Beckley III, Kimberly is responsible for strategic financial management, due diligence, and investment decisions. She is an experienced Board and Advisory member. Kimberly holds a BA in Political Science from American University's School of Public Affairs in Washington, DC, where she serves on the Dean's Board of Advisors and is concurrently serving as Finance Committee Co-Chair.
