Current•Manage Projects for EarthLink/Windstream, ADCom, Momentum Telecom, MetTel, and other Telecommunications Companies deploying VoIP, MPLS, MetroE, SDWAN, and other Telecommunication Product Offerings.•Assist with the Development of MOP (Method of Procedures) for Scope of Work to be performed to ensure complete and accurate installs.•Secure Highly Qualified Technicians, Negotiate Rates, Dispatch all Service Orders within the project, initiate Procurement and On-time delivery of Equipment, Assist with Resolution of all Issues, Manage the process to Completion, including Invoicing and Billing Processes, as needed.•Manage Customer Relationships to Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations to Ensure the overall Success of the Project.•Create reports to measure Progress, Profitability, and the Success of the Project.•Meet and Exceed Quarterly Objectives and Goals.
