The premise for the joint venture is to work together on the evaluation and development of historic buildings in small to mid-markets for the adaptive reuse conversion of them into boutique hotels. As a group they have conducted studies of various potential developmentf projects in South Boston, Virginia; Bristol, Virginia; Farmville, Virginia; St. Paul, Virginia; and Roanoke, Virginia. The group is also working throughout the Mid-Atlantic with other developers.Creative Boutique Hotels recently opened the Western Front Hotel and Milton's Restaurant in St. Paul, Virginia. The property is located in Southwest Virginia. -
