Negotiated media buys for television, radio, print, email and social media in order to demonstrate aspects of building a quality home at an affordable price and providing LBC participating members a platform to demonstrate why they should be used when building, renovating and maintaining a home. During that time, I further managed subcontractor schedules and the overall budget of this homes’ construction so that we did not go over budget during construction.
