Manager Duties:Accountable for managing a System Application Support Operations Level 2 team of Technical Support Engineers and Product Support Representatives. Leads in coordination of ensuring all major and minor Service Incidents and Requests are properly identified, cataloged and dispatched to appropriate employees who specialize in IGT Advantage product Machine/Table/Ticketing systems and database warehousing. Leads in project and task assignments to each employee, considering their current case backlog, level of expertise, expectations and SOP timeliness; and overall keeping Customer Satisfaction as the primary focus at hand. Coordinates with fellow peers and other various departments towards improved product advancement. Determines the most appropriate course of action of daily tasks and balances multiple projects.Database Engineer Duties:Design, implement and maintain a Business Intelligence Analytics Casino systems data warehouse. Utilizing OLAP and grid data warehouse infrastructure for industry and customer business needs. Conducts complex technical and data analysis to diagnose and solve technical system incidents. Working both remotely and in a team environment to restore services for customer needs. Leads in development of database lifecycle for overall improved data structure and in tandem to meet future customer needs. Performs and submits to continuous code peer review; and contributes final work for the TFS build.

Design, analyze, construct, test, train, implement, and maintain a database architecture for a centralized corporate relational structure to work with various divisions and departments. Trouble-shoot and modify original data format (i.e. Excel, flat file etc.) to load into an Oracle RDBMS. Access and retrieve related data from various databases distributed throughout the network. Design and maintain procedures, constraints, user roles and permissions. Design, program, and deploy various applications based on the centralized database for use in editing, manipulating, and analyzing source data. Initiate system, customer, and database requirements specifications. Responsible for base lining, engineering, documenting, and team administration of the corporate enterprise data dictionary and supporting ERDs (entity relationship diagrams).
