Women in Mining (WIM) Montreal, a local chapter of WIM Canada, is a volunteer-run organization that seeks to promote women in the mining sector and to provide them with tools and information to increase knowledge and expand areas of expertise in order to help better manage their careers. We produce a series of events throughout the year featuring speakers on a variety of subjects that impact the industry.

Managed McGill's Mining Engineering undergraduate co-op program, developing relationships within the mining industry to connect students to work term opportunities that benefit their studies as well as their employers in the sector. Helped students in their job searches, prepared them for work in the industry, and ensured that their work term reports were evaluated by experts in their respective fields.

Producer of the Canada Day 2015 and 2016 Noon and Evening Shows on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada. Working seamlessly in both official languages, oversaw all aspects of the booking of artists, hiring of technical and production crew, scheduling and plan implementation for the two shows. Direct liaison with the clients for the project, the Department of Canadian Heritage.

Managed a team of 15 to execute marketing and PR campaigns in several cities across North America in support of a theatrical big-top show featuring horses.
