Prepare acquisition packages (SOW, CDRLs, J&As, etc.) for competitive and sole source contracts for supplies and services, and prepare and support PPC for assigned efforts; cost, schedule, and performance analysis; organize and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition; validate and update procurement actions in PMT; monitor milestone timelines and track funding and period of performance; analyze and evaluate vendor request for proposals; support IPT in the areas of business, financial and management aspects.

Provide support to NAWC-AD AIRWorks 5.0X in the areas of acquisition, business, and financial management. Develop Acquisition Plans (AP), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Justification and Approval (J&A), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Develop PID packages; update PMT with appropriate milestone dates and contract actions. Support technical reviews and analysis of aviation subsystems, obsolescence impacts, and risks and provide corrective actions.

Track domestic and FMS funding by various appropriations, prepare monthly programmatic financial CDRLs. Prepare EAC and ETCs and accruals. Develop spend plans, budgets and PMR data charts for programmatic review and analysis. Forecast and track financial budgets. Prepare pricing and other financial data calls using indirect rate structures.

Prepare cost estimates and track program funding limitations (both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)). Prepare monthly invoice submissions from JSRs (Job Status Reports). Analyze financial data and provide revenue forecasts. Prepare domestic and FMS monthly programmatic CDRLs to include financial and technical write-up. Prepare and analyze company budget annually. Prepare and modify/ update purchase orders and task orders. Keep track of provisional vs. actual rate expenditures and analyze any unexpected changes. Monitor contract tasks, showing burn rates and projections. Review prime and subcontract agreements; negotiate terms. Prepare adjusting journal entries in General Ledger (G/L). POC for DCAA related funding drills, data calls and timekeeping/billing audits. Attend pre and post award contract meetings. Prepare RFP cost data (P6) with company-wide indirect burdens.
