In the capacity of servant leadership, I provide support to cross-functional software development teams, of 9 different nationalities, that function within both SAFe (15 team members) and DevOps (12 team members) environments. These teams are tasked with delivering Cloud solutions to SimCorp clients.In my current position, I serve as a valuable member of the unit's leadership team, actively contributing to the advancement of strategic initiatives that are vital to the company's success and growth. At the same time, I am deeply involved in the Agile community at SimCorp, where my role extends to supporting, coaching, and educating agile practitioners on relevant topics. Operating at the team, organisation, and company level, I have created, driven, contributed to and overseen various initiatives leading to outstanding team collaboration, company brand awareness, and strong feature development. I worked with a cross functional team of app developers, testers, architects and UX designers. Focused advocacy efforts on access to justice and the Right to Information (RTI) in Ghana and other commonwealth countries in Africa.Results:Produced nationally distributed advocacy materials to support efforts in moving the Right to Information bill into law in Ghana. The bill was successfully passed and came into effect as the Right to Information Act in January 2020.
