As part of the senior management team for a new Agency, I was an active member and have been involved in the budgeting cycle including requests for interim supply, supplementary budget estimates and re-profiling of program funds. I have experience with internal and external audit exercises including the development and implementation of action plans to address deficiencies. Ensured proper accountability and management of operations and grants and contributions budgets. I was a founding member of the Contract Review Committee for the Agency, we reviewed all Requests for Proposal and small, medium and large contracts for conformance with the Financial Administration Act and Treasury Board contracting policies.
