•Using PDI, wrote and maintained the daily automated process that loaded Carol.com web click data from Apache server log files into the data warehouse. •Automated the invoicing process, and changed it to automatically email output to report owners.•Wrote add/change/delete ETL to load ICD9, Rev, and Proc codes in the OLTP database. •Wrote ad-hoc SQL reports and extracts. Performed problem solving, QA and testing.•Learned Crystal Reports. Built new and changed existing reports according to requirements.•Built the ETL processes and created Crystal Reports for Carol’s CRM system. Successfully converted billing and operational data for approximately 100,000 subscribers.•Supported Perl-based web applications that used Oracle and Sybase databases.•Converted a Perl-based problem tracking system to ColdFusion.•Was part of a development team that implemented extensive changes to the Warranty/Exchange web application. The application utilized PL/SQL, the Oracle 8.1.7 database, and the 4.08.1 OAS web server. Changes included XML output. 1991-1994 National Car Rental Account, Minneapolis, MN – developed applications on IBM mainframe systems (COBOL, Telon, JCL, TSO/ISPF, DB2, QMF, SQL, VSAM). Worked on the communication system, which was used by Saturn Corporation to communicate parts and sales data with the Saturn dealers.
