Kimberly Williams is the Chairperson and CEO of Absorb Software and a Board Member of EquiLend. For 30 years, Kimberly has been CEO or President of various technology companies. She grew one business organically from $35 million to over $200 million. She executed a variety of acquisition types: asset, equity, and, carve out. As CEO of portfolio companies for two different private equity firms, she orchestrated exits with a 5x and 9x ROI. She is currently the Chairperson and CEO of Absorb Software, a global corporate learning management platform leveraging cloud and AI technologies to empower Absorb's 25 million users to enrich their lives, workplaces, and communities through further education. She is driven by the core belief that all individuals are not only capable of constant improvement but that we all have a responsibility to strive for that personal growth every day. Before Absorb, Kimberly was CEO of Consumer Safety Technology a $200 million private equity-owned consumer electronics IoT business that manufactures and leases embedded systems alcohol ignition interlocks. Prior, she served as President of Restaurant Technology Services and Application Development Intl., a global point-of-sale software company targeting quick-serve restaurants. Previously, she spent 8 years at RR Donnelley and Sons, working her way up to the role of President. Included in her roles was starting up a SaaS e-commerce business, Red Rover, serving retailers and publishers.She serves on the Enterprise Software CEO Roundtable that brings together 50 of her peer CEOs from the likes of WorkDay, OpenText, and UKG semi-annually to discuss, shape, and represent industry issues and trends. She also serves on the Tampa membership committee for the Women's Corporate Directors Association whose 2,500 women members serve on 8,500 different boards.Right after completing her MBA, Kimberly worked for Boston Consulting Group as a Strategy Consultant and Engagement Manager. Kimberly was also a CPA with the world's largest public accounting firm. She has her BBA from Ross, University of Michigan, and her MBA from Booth, University of Chicago.
