Responsible for full cycle recruitment of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Directors of Rehab, Area Vice Presidents and Clinical Specialists. Territories included PA, VA, MD, DE, SD, WY, ND, WA, CA, OR, GA, FL, OH, HI, IL, IN, NV and NE.

Responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-strategic approach to identify qualified healthcare therapy professionals, maintaining a database of professionals, effectively communicating with candidates and clients, conducting all aspects of the hiring process including the initial interview, reference checks, salary negotiations and managing all human resource paperwork. Identify new ways to source candidates, update all advertising campaigns and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.
