Growing up in Tucson, the needs of the mentally ill and disabled in our community became vastly apparent. Many areas in our community have little to no resources, and this issue leads down numerous paths. Many people end up in situations they never intended to be in, and this can be prevented with proper resources, education and protection of rights. This need to want to help others, led me down the path to becoming an attorney. In order to better understand the nature of mental disorders, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona.My desire to help those who are afflicted has expanded to helping individuals who are in need of guardians and conservators. I will help my clients make their decisions finding a guardian, and/or conservator, to assure they are taken care of by someone they trust. Handling the tedious, and often confusing, paperwork while you care for your loved ones, is my passions.This also extends to Estate Planning. Often there is a need to provide for our children upon our passing, but certain protections may need to be put into place in order for this to happen. While I handle all types of estate planning, I am always available to counsel you on how to protect those you love most.
