When invoices were not certified and returned for payment within seven days, follow up emails were sent and phone calls made to the CORs• Assisted in making sure all invoices received did not accrue interest, helped expedite payments when nearing the 30 day stamped date• Used Excel to create spreadsheets to reconcile payment history between DoD and other vendors
