I am a partner at a full service business law firm, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Areas of expertise include real estate financing and development, including affordable housing development and financing. Projects include those with public funding sources and multi-tiered financing and tax credits. For over 20 years, I have been representing lenders, government agencies, municipalities, developers (non profit and for profit) and supportive service agencies and organizations in the pursuit of developing and preserving affordable and supportive housing.Other areas of practice include non-profit and for-profit corporate and governance matters; general business contractual matters; condominium development and association governance; loan workout and foreclosure.I am part of an excellent and experienced team that includes experts in business and real estate litigation, bankruptcy, employment law, and corporate law, and estate planning.Currently, I am serving as the chairperson of the Swampscott Affordable Housing Trust and the co-chair of the Affordable Housing Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA). I have previously served as the co-chair of multiple committees of the Real Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association (BBA).
